Shatibhisha means "the hundred healers" or "hundred stars". It bestows vitality and courage. Inner potential can blossom here and the powerful life force of shakti kundalini may be activated as well.
Varuna, the god of rain and the cosmic waters is the ruling deity. We may experience a time of stormy weather or stormy emotions when a planet is moving through this area of the Cosmos.
Varuna's is a powerful mystical healer and the lord of maya (illusion). His power is healing (bheshaja shakti). He establishes, protects and maintains natural law, providing good judgment but also punishment when these laws are broken. Dharma, or “right action” is the prime motivation of this Lunar Mansion.
Shatabhisha also brings an opportunity to dissolve difficult karma and samskaras through divine grace and our sincere devotion and intention to make positive changes in our lives.
Pay close attention to what needs healing and clearing in both your life and in your body temple (personal health). Offer this up to the Universe with sincerity and a firm intention to follow through with right action in an effort to correct any imbalances.
Set aside time for sincere prayer, meditation, breath work and yoga.
Exercise, as well, can help to move the energy and life force through your body temple and revitalize, realign and heal your emotions, mind and body while strengthening your connection to deep sources of inner wisdom and guidance on the path ahead.
